Registration
1. Player must fill-up the official registration forms which can be found on the official website and forum. (

2. Registration forms must be completed and submitted before 10th December 2008.
3. Player must provide the correct information when fill-up registration form, because at the tournament date we will verify by participant players IC and Full Name.
4. Participant who fails to provide the correct name, identity card number, game id, and character name will be disqualified.
5. Participants need to register themselves at register counter two hours (12:00pm) before the tournament.
6. The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registrations for any reason.
Event Rules and Regulations
1. CSO Tournament will be held on 13th -14th December 2008 14:00 GMT+8 at Main Entrance, Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur.
2. Kick off match will be held on 13th December 2008.
3. Semi-finals and final will be held on 14th December 2008.
4. Players must follow the Marshal's instructions at all times.
5. Any players who against or disobey the arrangement and instruction
6. Transformation bomb isn’t allowed on the tournament due to reason of its unfair if the opponents all have been transformed, Explosive bang is allow.
7. CiB deserved the right to change the rules anytime without notice.
Event Format
1. Each team requires 5 players.
2. Each match is 10 minutes.
3. Sides will be announced before the match and decided by Marshal’s.
4. The team who win will go on next battle, for the team that loses will be disqualified and quit the tournament.
5. Each round will host by team death match.
6. If there is a draw both team will go into team match (5 rounds).
Team Disqualification
1. Any Team that collects a total of 3 Warnings in the event will be automatically disqualified. Marshals have the authority to give out Warnings at any stage of the tournament.
2. If your team loses in the battle will be disqualified and unable to process next round tournament.
Warnings will be given out to players by a Marshall if that player is caught to be
1. Causing unnecessary distress or difficulty to organizers or to another player or to the tournament. Such distress or difficulty will be decided by the Judge at their discretion.
2. Harasses, threatens, or embarrasses another player.
3. Uses any offensive or sexually explicit language.
4. Uses unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player.
5. Intentionally disconnecting from a game.
6. Indulging in unethical game play such as looking at an opponent's screen, physically interfering with an opponent's game play, receiving game play information from outside the boundaries of the match or deliberately withholding information that can affect match results. This will be at the discretion of the Marshals.
