Hai guise! Welcome to the Kopitiam!

I think some of you are seriously mind**ed : What the hell is a Kopitiam?

Well, you can say Kopitiam is old skool Malaysian type of Starbucks, and in it's Internet form, it's a place where we can chit chat, spam, flame each other, post some child porn pics, drink some coffee or beer (i think some prefer the latter)and enjoy some pole dancing from our resident she-male forumer.Oh what fun!

BTW, i'll give ya a crash course on the history of Kopitiam, it started waaaaaaayyyyy back in 2005 in the old black and emo forum, the original owner of it was SirBangali, an RYL 1 player i respect until now and it had a couple of branches in Belakang Mati, Lorong Haji Taib and Batam Islands before the developers that build the homes in Bukit Antarabangsa came and tore it down.

BTW, i'll bet some will be asking : Who the ** is this Captkickers guy? well, i'm a forumer just like you! with a normal life that is.

So everyone, come in here,RYL 1 or RYL 2 players it doesn't matter! chat with each other, spam like crazy, and have one hell of a fun time!

Changed a modem to get online, the old blue db102 can't even boot up properly still reason unknown.

When I called tmnet their staff inform me that traffic to Euro/US is unstable, under water cable issue again. Then connection in Perak having problem. Funny none of my problem is listed...

I did saw a new adsl wireless router that is much faster than 802 series. Maybe I should get a hold of it a.s.a.p since my old one is like.....crap.

This year there's only few new designs of fireworks. I was expecting something like from Putrajaya International Fireworks Competition but yeah, its little.

Well there's been improvement, more crowds over at Danga Bay, traffic as usual, more chicks and hens (lol) and yeah, this year is abit more happening than last year.

Wireless providers r good until they get overloaded with users n most of the providers won't spend more on enhancing the backbones(WiMax, T1, T3, u name it). Standard asian businessmen =.=

In the end, when the users r lesser we get better speed but the provider is not making money, god knows how long can a provider like that survive, maybe increase monthly charges ?

if business is good with tons of users signing up, another TMnet. Really, streamyx users in states like Kedah, Perak etc (ask MyOwn *grin*) get better speed then us in Selangor, Penang, Johor etc.

A game of number I guess.

Really about the speed difference? I was testing in Speedtest.net using local domains and mainly I got 1.5k for Download, but dont ask about outside domain, really suck.

Well, at least Im still using the same old RM88 per month package for 1Mbps.

New year is still new year, nothing has ever changed. Even the countdown isnt special over here in JB.

Got a new job, as a bloodsucking sucker salesman. I wonder if I can make sale by end of this month.

Walk into the stage set this morning to repair a loose video cable, while the show was  ON AIR ( that means while the show is showing on tv, real time) and the camera was panned, showing my back to the entire country for 5 secs.

I'm a Kamen Rider fan :).Started to fell in love with the series back in 1991, when our tv network first show Kamen Rider Black ( it was translated into Suria Perkasa Hitam :) i'm sure the people from my generation remembered that one ).

Now, thanks to technology, and the internets, i was able to collect past episodes from all kind of Rider series including the latest one in airing in 2008, Kamen Rider Kiva.

I was enthusiastic about the new 2009 series called Kamen Rider Decade, unfortunately, my passion was ... dimmed after reading and looking from leaked resources and pictures.

The new series storyline was catchy, but the rider costume was so ... ghey.

Meh, that's why we cant' have good things every time, it tends to lead to absolute frustration and fail.

Ekeke. This story line also like ryuki where he need to fight with another kamen rider. I just hope that Kabuto wont get his ass kick too early. With his power, not even Den-O DenLiner can match.

Resurrected from death, being buried with tons of works,project,assignment and as well finals.

Still 1 more paper to go, after that I'll be free .. for a moment.


Anyways since everyone was talking bout this .. what you call, New Year experiences sort of stuff and shits .. I guess this stuff happen every now and then at the 356th day of the year and the first few days after as well. For me, it's nothing really .. just another day, where you grew older .. and a change of the number on the back of your calender.

I didn't go for any New Year Celebration, just seeing the firework display from the 17th floor of my apartment .. even IF I wanna go, the heck I just got like RM3 in my wallet. As for student, around this time is the most crucial part .. well, at least for me .. I dont know about others thou. Been so busy that to check in the game lately, but still if there's a few extra times on hand I'll be showing up once in a while.

Owh yeah, since Kickers kept bugging me to try at least one Web-Base MMO, I've been playing Travian MY server 1. Not really my cup of tea but still, it's fun in its own way. Not saying that I'm an expert in managing and manipulating something, but at least my village is growing day by day .. it's kinda heart warming as well. Anyone playing Travian?

Been seeing couple of movies lately, and of course the new Russell Peters show as well. I'm kinda impressed that they make out an animation movie "animatrix" style based on the game Death Space. I've finish the game quite some time ago .. that is need to be seen as well. The new CG animation on Resident Evil as well, real nice since the graphic is up on a par with FF:AC. But .. still, its a disappointment when Americans doing such movie .. their voice actor sucks big time .. as always. I'm waiting for a few movie as well, such as Thor and Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball have turned into a somehow Kung-Fu styled based from what I've saw on the trailer. And Goku's hair turn out to be like shit, same goes for the one who being the Goku. But whats shocking is, Master Roshi turn out to be .. Chow Yun Fat. Thats a surprising as well, Master Roshi .. WITH HAIR.

Anyways, nice to be back.

Final is over .. thats good. Went for lunch with a lecturer, I'm sure Jerry know which one .. even better. Nothing more to do, the best.

I'm gonna continue my hibernating states afterwards, see after the winter is over.

Haven't watch movie for quite sometime, except animes my bro d/l. Anime + dinner, nice mix lol.
